Students and staff greeted many new friends who stopped in for baked goods, mulled cider and a chance to tour the house at the annual A Better Chance December Open House. We were thrilled to have a number of ABC supporters visit who were instrumental in getting the organization going in its early days. They shared stories with us and we hope they will share many more as we get ready for our 50th anniversary.
Friends who hadn't seen the interior in awhile commented on how beautiful and well maintained the house is, both indoors and out. New neighbors had a chance to talk with the students while being given a tour of the house, and returning friends took a break from busy days to stop in and chat and relax. A big thank you to our students for sharing their home and introducing visitors to the ABC program.
